Runs VERY small

I always wear a size extra small in PUG, so that’s what I ordered for my daughters upcoming wedding. When it arrived, I tried it on. Getting it on was difficult, as there aren’t any zippers (at least that I could find). Taking it off was even more difficult. I had to have my 12 year old help me and it still took a good 15 minutes to take off. I was unsure how to exchange an item, so I emailed customer support. Apparently, no exchanges. Have to return, get a refund, and then reorder. The response from PUG went to my spam, so I didn’t see the response for a few days. Right after that I was hospitalized. By the time I got home, the 14 return period had expired. Soooo, I had to order another one. I ordered a size small this time. It’s still too tight. The shapewear smashes your boobs. So, if you have a large bust, this dress probably isn’t for you. A medium would fit better, but the wedding is soon and I don’t have the time for the return, refund, reorder nonsense. Sucks that I paid double and still don’t have a dress that fits for my daughters wedding.

Stunning dream come true dress.

I got this in a size too big, because I wanted one so badly. I’m usually an XL or mostly a 2X in PUG— but I got a 3X, and it still fit like a dream, just maybe a bit less suckered to my skin than it’s meant to be. It’s soooo silvery and shimmery and gorgeous. My best friend calls this my femme fatale dress, and that’s truly how it makes me feel. I couldn’t possibly love this more. It’s encouraged me to get more wiggle dresses, all of which have looked great so far. Thank you, PUG, for having such a stunning dress that it opened up my fashion horizons! I can’t wait to wear more Monicas!

A beautiful dress, well constructed. 4x fits a 54” bust excellently. My sister is sure to love it.

My only complaint is with the packaging. I have arthritis and have to use scissors to open plastic mailing envelopes. The dress was packed in such a way that when trying to cut open the envelope I very nearly cut open the dress too! I’m lucky that I didn’t damage it when opening it. I think that envelopes with perforated openings or else boxes might be safer options for avoiding such potential catastrophes!
